To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password" link
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a 6-digit verification code
5. Enter the code and create a new password

Note: The verification code expires in 15 minutes for security.

If you're having trouble logging in, try these steps:

• Check your credentials: Make sure your username/email and password are correct
• Email verification: Ensure your email address is verified
• Browser issues: Clear cache and cookies, or try a different browser
• Reset password: Use the forgot password feature if needed

Email verification is required for all new accounts:

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email
2. Click the "Verify My Email" button in the email
3. You'll be redirected to a confirmation page
4. Your account is now verified and you can log in
